Practical Comfort,
Thoughtfully Covered
The facilities at SAS Central are chosen for everyday usefulness rather than display. What follows is what the property actually provides, grouped the way a guest tends to think about it.
Nothing here is decorative. Each item below is something you will use during an ordinary stay, from the parking space you arrive into to the elevator that saves the stairs.
The things you rely on daily
Free Wi-Fi covers all areas of the property, so a video call from the apartment and a quick message from the lobby both work the same way. The front desk is staffed twenty-four hours, which matters more than it sounds: it means a late flight, an early departure, or a question at two in the morning all have someone to answer them.
An elevator serves the building, daily housekeeping keeps apartments in order, and an invoice is provided when you need one for work or reimbursement.
Parking
Free private parking is available on site and needs no reservation. For a region where a car is the practical way to reach beaches, wadis, and the wider Dhofar countryside, that removes one of the more annoying parts of a city stay. Drive in, leave the vehicle, and take it out again when the day calls for it.

Apartment essentials
Private bathroom
Each apartment has its own bathroom, never shared with another booking.
Television
A TV in the living space for evenings that stay in rather than out.
Air conditioning
Independent cooling in the apartment, which matters through Salalah summers.
Easy for everyone staying
Family rooms are part of the property and children of all ages are welcome. Facilities for disabled guests include wheelchair accessibility and a raised toilet, and the elevator means no floor of the building depends on stairs to reach.
Guests aged 18 and over are counted and charged as adults. Cribs and extra beds are not offered, so the beds listed with each apartment are the beds you will have.
A calm building to come back to
The whole property is smoke-free, with non-smoking rooms throughout, so apartments stay fresh between guests. Soundproof rooms keep street noise and neighbouring apartments at a distance, which makes a real difference for anyone sleeping through the middle of a hot afternoon or working to a different timezone.
Parties and events are not permitted, and bachelor or bachelorette groups cannot be accommodated. The building stays quiet by design.
Watched over,
day and night
Security here is layered rather than showy: staffed cover at all hours, monitored shared spaces, controlled entry to each apartment, and fire safety equipment placed through the building.
24-hour security
Cover runs through the night as well as the day.
CCTV in common areas
Shared floors and corridors are monitored.
CCTV outside the property
The exterior and parking area are covered too.
Smoke alarms
Fitted through the building as standard.
Security alarm
Linked to the front desk, which is always staffed.
Fire extinguishers
Placed on every floor of the property.
Key card access
Entry to apartments is controlled by card.
Key access
Physical key access is in place alongside it.
Small services that save a trip out
A few practical services sit inside the building itself, which spares you a drive across the city for something minor.
Convenience store
For water, snacks, and the small things that get left behind when a bag is packed in a hurry.
Hair and beauty salon
On-site grooming, which is useful before an event, a meeting, or a family occasion.
Meeting and banquet facilities
Space for gatherings that need a room of their own rather than a corner of an apartment.
